Gung-Ho!
Since 2015 over 100,000 people have been able to take part in Gung-Ho! They have run, walked and jumped over our inflatable obstacle course, the first of its kind in the UK. Our Goal is to bring Gung-Ho! to even more cities and more people to give them the chance to experience something new. In that time, we have seen tonnes of people take part to raise money for good causes, first timers who who have never run any sort of 5k before and groups of friends who just want to try out something new.

Did the race in 2019
It was awful! I've completed Gung-Ho at a different location previously and should have read recent reviews before I'd booked this year. They cancelled due to poor weather at 10am (completely understandable) but didn't communicate this to anyone until people arrived to find it being taken down. They refuse to refund anyone as they said that some people completed it so we should have arrived at 7am. I'd booked to complete it on the 11:30 wave so as it closed an hour and a half before this, the refusal of a refund is appalling. I will never book Gung-Ho again as there are numerous reviews that they have done this at other locations as well.
