Superb event, 1st time I’ve done it and it will be back for more, free photos, mince pies and mulled wine as well. The perfect Xmas hangover cure.. Thanks
Fun event! My first time round and hadn't appreciated just how much mud was expected, particularly in the last couple of fields. The water crossings were fun and the fact that I was soaked up half way up my shins within 2 miles meant I didn't care about the mud for the rest of the race. Ache today though
A well organised event with friendly volunteers. The atmosphere was good before and especially after the event with the mulled wine, local beer and mice pies a nice touch. The event information though says your number will be posted out to you which is wrong and confusing. I searched my house for a lost envelope that was never there. Good event though.
First time doing this course. Loved it well organised and the marshals were good. Shame the coffee guy couldn’t make it
The Gutbuster is special. It keeps you motivated over the festive period. The course is incredibly muddy and challenging. People are always friendly. It’s just a special event. Well done to the organisers. Brilliant!
Great event, well organised, great value as price included park and ride, medal, gifts, iTab, mince pie and mulled wine. The mud was free !!!
Perhaps the most fun XC course I’ve done to date, with a truly unbelievable final kilometre that will challenge all levels. Would really recommend this one.
