Route information
This out and back 10k starts at Colwyn Bay water centre and tracks along the towering cliffs and spectacular beaches of Northern Wales, offering an amazing view of Anglesey.
The course is mostly flat with a few minor hills and considered to be a great route for setting a fast time.
The kids 1k is also along the coastal path and will be marked the whole way, with friendly marshals on hand to help. The Runners will start on the promenade and run half Kilometre out to the turnaround point and then back. All children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times - note, they do not also need to be signed up!

Spectators are really important to the atmosphere of the event and firmly encouraged to attend. There are many great viewing points along the promenade as well as at both the start and finish line.
