Event day logistics
Virtual Briefing:
On the Friday before the event a video will be sent by email to all participants telling you about the Evil Halloween Wizard and how you can stop him. Team instructions and the Mission will also be on the email.
Treasure hunt Brief:
Your brief will include a personal link to your Team's Mission online, including your chosen amount of items (50, 100, or 200). You can choose to share this link with other members of your team, wherever they may be.
Only you, the people you chose to share it with and the event organiser (Secret London Runs) will have access to the document. This means your family photos and selfies will be safe.
Stop the Wizard:
Over the course of the week, any member of your family can play at any time. Just take a photo of an item from the list (outside, in the public domain) and upload it to your Team's Mission sheet using your mobile phone. Once it's been uploaded, the other members of your team will be able to see it.
Game Over:
At 7pm on November 1st, no more items will be accepted and the hunt will be over. All that's left to do is wait for the Magical Medal to arrive in the post.
