I was very nervous when i turned up . But once the run got going i had a good time and it didn't feel out of my league although i was at the back of the group. I had plenty of people coming & keeping me company. Would definately do it again.

From where I live it was almost a 100 mile round trip but well worth the effort. Some stunning views over the South Downs and surrounding countryside as well as running through some sleepy little villages.Very undulating terrain which I was looking for by way of final preparations for the Snowdonia trail marathon in a few weeks.Plenty of stops for re-grooping and to catch one’s breath.Well done Grass Roots , looking forward to the next one.
