Route information
A challenging 10-mile multi-terrain race over private lanes, gravel tracks, bridleways and footpaths in the beautiful countryside of the South Downs National Park.
What's included
- A unique Medal will be handed out all finishers
- Spot prize: Every particpant will have the chance to win one of two pairs of Hoka's latest trail shoes, kindly donated by race sponsors, Hoka
- Trophy and cash prize to category winners - 1st, 2nd & 3rd overall; 1st V40, V50, V60 & V70; male and female
- 50% of money raised will go to a local hospice-at-home charity - The Rosemary Foundation
- Full signed route with mile markers, two water stations and friendly marshals at all key points

Restrictions: All runners must be aged 18 or older on the day of the event. No running with buggies, dogs or headphones.
Time limit: To allow the course to be cleared and the presentations to be wrapped up in a timely manner, entrants should be capable of completing the course in a maximum of two hours 15 minutes.
