Route information
This 10k course will be a single loop, finishing just 400m from the start line. With a mix of open grassland, track, and some small tarmac sections this is truly a mixed terrain course.
The 10k course passes through ancient woodland and forests, around the Manor House itself and across open fields. The trails and paths are well maintained and offer great trail running.

Start Waves
All participants will be asked to present themselves at the start line 2 minutes before their chosen given a wave start time between 10am - 12pm, with a maximum of 30 runners going every 10 minutes.
Race Packs
All race packs will be sent out before the race and there will be no registration on the day.

All runners must be 16 years and older to enter the event.
