Route information
Havering Mind will use all the money raised through entry to support local people in the community who may be experiencing difficulty with their mental wellbeing.
The route exits Harrow Lodge Park onto Hornchurch Road and Abbs Cross Lane where it continues into Hornchurch Country Park.
Exiting the park into Berwick Pond Road, the route continues through the Upminster Lanes, taking in Hornchurch Stadium and the Ingrebourne Valley before returning to finish in Harrow Lodge Park.

Entrants must be 17 and older to enter the Half Marathon, and 15 and older to enter the 10k.

Can I bring a pushchair to run with at the Havering Mind Half Marathon?
This event is not suitable for pushchairs or buggies.
Can I wear headphones while I race?
Earphones/headphones are discouraged at this event. The Race Organisers reserve the right to disqualify participants who cannot hear instructions as a result of their use.
Will there be a bag drop at the event?
There will be a bag drop, however please bring as little as possible.
