This undulating route with quaint country views will take participants around fields, trails and roads. Parts of the course will be through orchards and on trail-like footpaths, as well as fast, flat parts on the road.
10k runners will complete 2 large laps and 5k runners 2 smaller laps.
This race aims to raise funds for the Hawkhurst Community Trust for the building of a new community centre for the village.

Please ensure that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the race in order to drop your bag and complete the registration process.
Race Packs
Entrants who have entered in good time will have their race packs sent in the post 10 days before event day.
Those who have entered in the 10 days before race day will collect their race pack at registration on the day of the event.
If your race pack hasn’t arrived, head to the registration desk at race HQ and you can be issued with a new one.
A full set of race instructions will be sent via email before the event.
Age Requirements
- Runners must be 11 and older to enter the 5k.
- Runners for the 10k must be at least 15 years or older to take part.
- Runners must be between 4-12 years old to enter the 1k race.

The route will be a mix of country fields and road. Road shoes should be appropriate enough for the course.
