The Henley Showground is easily accessible from the A4155 which connects to Henley and Reading.
Event day logistics
08:00 Registration opens
09:30 Half marathon, 10k & 5k start
13:30 Event finishes
All race numbers will be collected on the day from the the event registration area at The Henley Showground.
- 5k runners must be at least 11 years old
- 10k runners must be at least 15 years old
- Half marathon runners must be at least 17 years old
There will be an area to leave essential items whilst you run. Your race number will have a bag tag attached which you'll need to tear off and fix to your bag before leaving it at the bag drop. You'll need to show your race number to pick up your bag after the race.
There will be 1 water station on the 10k course and 2 water stations on the half marathon course.
Noise cancelling headphones are strictly prohibited. All other earphones and headphones are discouraged, but permitted.

Participants must be 17 and over on race day to compete in the Half Marathon, 15 and over to compete in the 10k, and 11 and over to compete in the 5k.
