Did the 10 Km in 2019

Great route with some nice scenery. First 6K tougher than last 4K. Really enjoyable.Could have done with a few more Marshalls on course and slightly better organisation at start. But for the price, a great race worth doing!

Did the 10 Km in 2019

Im pretty new to running and this was a great course, I had thought beforehand that it would be boring to run back the same route but it was fantastic knowing that as soon as wed had a refreshing drink it was all downhill.. it was well organised, friendly and fun. Im now looking forward to the next 10k. Thanks to all the organisers.

Did the 10 Km in 2019

An out and back course, mostly on path. The last mile out and first mile back are on quiet country roads so be aware of traffic. The rest is on path shared by the public. Starting and finishing on the tow path by the river it is a nice run, ideal for beginners. Mostly flat with a couple of inclines but nothing too taxing. Nice little medal at the end and friendly marshals. Overall a good run.
