Join forces with your friends and take on more than 25 Heroic Obstacles, over an 8km mission through Preston's stunning Avenham Park and along the mighty River Ribble! The Hero ethos is all about Selflessness, Positivity and Team Work....So prepare and start training ready to take on this Action Packed Mission!
You will fly down a 65M Water Slide, Scale Spidey's 40 Meter Mega Net, negotiate the Legendary Bog Of Doom and scale our 8ft high Hero Walls....amongst many more Awesome Obstacles!

can I join?
The answer is yes! If you start off in our red foundation group we will develop you slowly allowing you to grow steadily in fitness and confidence.I have an injury,
will it matter?
That depends on your injury and we always recommend asking your GP’s advice.We can advise for minor injuries and we can generally offer alternative exercises if you want to be active but are for instance nursing a niggle, however you should never try to work through injury pain.
