You'll be running through the brilliant woodland trails surrounding High Lodge in Thetford Forest. Every trail leads to something different to explore and provides some amazing opportunities to spot wildlife along the way. This is a guided event so you don't have to fret about getting lost or making sure you plot the most scenic route. You'll run over mixed terrain including hard-packed trails to single track trails through woods.

All runs are led at a conversational pace, ESCAPE trails events are about taking in the scenery and enjoying the trails, not racing. Please be aware that you may not be the slowest person in your group, and you may need to run at a slower pace than normal.
