Route information
These fantastic 5k & 10k trail routes will take all participants through Thetford Forest which is full of wide, hard packed winding trails. This is a totally traffic-free event, which has been designed to be enjoyable for dog and owner!
There will be water stations on the route for dogs and humans.

Registration opens at 08:15, race numbers can be collected there, the stall closes at 08:45 so please arrive in good time.
First Aiders
Qualified first aiders will be on hand in case you need any assistance.
Event Rules
Participants will set off in staggered intervals of 20 seconds, with 4 runners max setting off at the same time.
Those that withdraw from the event must call the race director on 07713193367. Additionally, please contact that number if anyone is found injured on the course.
Aid Stations
Aid stations are will be located on the course for dogs and their owners. Please note the event is cupless so bring your own bottles if you'd like to fill them up along the way.

How old does my dog have to be to enter the Raw Trails K9 Cup?
Your dog must be 12 months or older, this is to ensure that they're suitable to enter the event.
What kit do I need to bring to the Raw Trails K9 Cup?
Please bring canicross kit including your harness, bungee leash, waist belt and a quick release snap hook.
At what time can I pick up my race pack and register for the Raw Trails K9 Cup?
Registration opens at 08:15 and participants should pick up their race numbers there, the stall closes at 08:45 so please arrive in good time.
Do participants set off in waves at the Raw Trails K9 Cup? I'd rather my dog lead didn't get tangled up.
A staggered start will be in place at this event.
