Both the Half Marathon & 10K are renowned for the formidable challenge which they throw up. With an abundance of hills throughout, runners will be rewarded as they track along picturesque country side roads.
Additionally, there is a 5k fun run, which is naturally undulating and starts and finishes in the grounds of Hitchin Priory.

Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the race is scheduled to begin to ensure there is sufficient time to complete the registration process.

Spectators are strongly encouraged to come along to the race and cheer the participants over the finish line. Afterwards, spectators can enjoy the beautiful priory grounds for themselves.

Yes, there will be 5 water stations throughout the Half Marathon and 2 during the 10K.
When do I collect my race number for the Hitchin Hard?
All race numbers must be collected on the day and will not be posted out. Registration is open on Saturday 27th June at market place in Hitchin or, from 8:15am the morning of the race.
