All routes will start on the field in Hartletts Park in the leafy heart of Hook, near the Community Centre. The 10 Mile and 10K courses have multiple water stations.The 2.3 mile runs start on the field at Hartletts Park, doing two circuits of the field and heading onto Ravenscroft, before turning right onto Griffin Way South to do a circuit of the business park.The route runs back north through the centre of the village, past the Railway Station, entering Hartletts Park on the north side to finish on the grass field.

Route information
10 Mile Road Race
After the start in the Park the 10 mile route heads down Ravenscroft. It turns left onto Griffin Way South, and shortly after that left again onto London Road (A30) heading towards the village centre. A right takes it down a gentle hill onto Reading Road and left onto Great Sheldon’s Coppice. It then goes back up a gentle hill towards the A30 where the course turns left to head back towards Griffin Way. Runners can greet their supporters on the way back past the park at Mile 3.
Then it is left onto Griffin Way North (B3349), diverting around Oak Tree Drive and Reading Road before re-joining the B3349 and heading north towards the rural village of Rotherwick.
After passing through Rotherwick (around 5 miles) the route turns south towards Newnham, going past the Tylney Hall hotel. At Newnham crossroads, it continues straight onto Crown Lane, down the hill and taking a left onto the A30, up Scures Hill towards Hook. Almost 8 miles complete now.
The last stretch takes runners left onto picturesque Old School Lane and then right onto Newnham Road, straight back to the A30 and through the centre of Hook, entering Hartletts Park on the north side to finish on the grass field.
There will be four water stations around the course.
