Route information
The route is 5 miles long, and all runners and walkers will complete as many laps of the course as possible. The course will take participants through a range of gently undulating hills. There's fantastic woodland scenery that can be found throughout so enjoy getting lost in nature.

Take the A-38 and follow towards Plymouth until taking the turning onto Sandy Road and onto the B3416. Then turn onto Newham Road to find the start/finish area.
