Route information
Take on this festive run as Christmas approaches in the picturesque village of Hullavington in Wiltshire. The 10 mile Secret Santa Run and 5k will take participants along a closed road route, with both races starting and finishing at the Hullavington Arms.
The 5k course is fast and flat, ideal for those looking to set a new PB, whilst the 10 mile route is gently undulating and is perfect for those looking for more of a challenge.
The 10 mile route begins from the Hullavington Arms, heading along countryside roads for the first 4k and into Grittleton. Runners will then head down towards Yatton Keynell, turning just before reaching the village and striking out towards Kington St Michael, where they'll reach the 10k mark. The route then heads north back towards Hullavington to finish at the Hullavington Arms.
The 5k follows a different route, taking place along the country lanes that surround Hullavington. The race initially heads down The Street before turning onto The Parklands, bringing runners out into rolling fields. At the 2k mark just before Gauze Brook, the route doubles back and rejoins The Street, which creates a straight final stretch for the last 1.5k back into Hullavington.

Hullavington is easily accessible via the M4 and A429. It is a 34-minute drive from Bristol and a 29-minute drive from Swindon.
Parking
Parking will be on-road and limited, so participants are advised to care share wherever possible.

The closest train station is at Chippenham, which has services to London Paddington, Swindon, Bristol Temple Meads, Westbury and Weston-super-Mare.
From the station, you can catch the 99 bus towards Swindon, alighting at Parklands to reach Hullavington in half an hour.
