Events begin with a mass deep water start. You can dive or sit & drop into the water before you begin. If you are nervous about a mass start, you are welcome to hang back for a few seconds and then you can start with plenty of space.
There will be a cut off time for the final lap of the 5k Swim - this will be confirmed nearer the event but we aim to make cut off times as generous as possible whilst protecting swimmer safety
