Route information
Bigger, better, and bouncier than ever the UK's largest inflatable 5k is back by popular demand! The event will be held in Scotland's brand new events venue, ensuring a weather-proof event.
Participants will be taken over 28 massive obstacles, with new additions Oh! Balls and The Demon!
Each lap is 2.5k long, giving entrants the opportunity to revisit their favourite obstacles each lap.

Parking is £5 per car, please have the exact change ready for the parking marshals.

Age Requirements
The inflatable 5k is open to ages 5+, with children under 15 offered a discount at the time of booking.
All Children under the age of 16 must run with a participating adult on maximum of a 3:1 ratio.
Race Packs
You race pack will be sent out to you, which includes your race number.
Registration
Because you will receive your race pack in the post you do not have to register on the day. Please write your emergency details on the back of your number, stick the number to your chest then you are ready to race.
Face Masks
Face masks are recommended but optional
Race Information
Staggered arrival times will be sent out to everyone taking part.
Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before your start time. And please check your start time carefully as some have been altered so spread runners out.
Please listen out for your start wave to be called, it will be called 5 minutes before your race, then please head to the start. Runners will be set off in small groups.
Mandatory Kit
You must bring the following:
- Face mask (optional)
- Hand sanitiser (optional)
- Sensible running shoes
- Long sleeved top
Please bring a rain jacket if the weather is looking bad, and please feel free to come in fancy dress!
Finish
Please collect your race medal and finisher's gifts from the table when you cross the finish line.

Due to the event being indoors, unfortunately spectators will not be permitted.

Is there somewhere I can park during the Inflatable 5k - P&J Live Aberdeen?
Yes, there is parking available for £5 per car which will be given to parking marshals on the day.
Is there somewhere I can leave my bag at the Inflatable 5k - P&J Live Aberdeen?
Unfortunately there won't be a bag drop at the event, so please leave your belongings in your car or at home.
Is there water on the course at the Inflatable 5k - P&J Live Aberdeen?
Yes, there will be a water station approximately halfway around the course.
Do I have to wear a face mask during the Inflatable 5k - P&J Live Aberdeen?
Face masks must be worn during the following times: at all times at the event centre, in the start area, whilst on any of the obstacles, as soon as you finish the race. You may remove your face mask when you are on the course, but as stated it must be put back on for the obstacles.
What happens if my bib number hasn't arrived before the Inflatable 5k - P&J Live Aberdeen?
No worries if your bib number hasn't arrived, you can collect a replacement on the day from registration. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before you start to leave enough time for this.
