This is an introduction session, so will range from 5k to 8k of running in total.
Take on this trail running introduction for women, no matter your ability you are welcome to participate, this tutorial aims to encourage women to get involved in the sport. There will also be a guided trail run, giving you an opportunity to learn more about running and trails.
You will also have a fantastic 45-minute yoga class after the run to properly stretch before you travel back home.

Really great, friendly day. Great to learn about trail running and in a relaxed environment. Great opportunity to go through kit and try out different bits. Would highly recommend
