Route information
The swim start is one of the most iconic starts on the triathlon calendar, with a jump off the end of Eastbourne's historic pier. The bike route is largely fast and flat with only a couple of climbs in the final 10 miles (including the stunning roads over Beachy Head). The run is the perfect mixture of a scenic section around Whitbread Hollow before returning to the seafront for a fast, flat run along Eastbourne's historic promenade. The finish is right on the seafront with great support and atmosphere right next to the beach.
