This intimate running route follows Jack the Ripper's path of destruction through London's East End. At each murder location runners will learn something new about the infamous murderer.
Once you have hit all the locations you will be a bonafide expert. You will end the night discussing all the possible conspiracy theories that have left Jack the Ripper the most notorious butcher in London's history.
This event makes up part of a larger series across a number of dates from January to November. Please note: this is a casual run and not a race. There are three different paces to choose from which are detailed below:
Half Walk/Half Run (mixing up intervals of gentle jogging with walking)
Steady (if you're comfortable running 10k in 10 - 12 minute miles)
Speedy (if you're comfortable running 10k in 10 minute miles and under)
