Celebrate the legacy of the epic 1975 film Jaws at the glistening Caldecotte Lake (don't worry, there are no sharks in the water...). Choose between Marathon or Half Marathon distances on either Saturday or Sunday of the first weekend of July. There are fun medals on offer for all runners and walkers that complete this flat and fast course so make sure to come along to earn a great keepsake.

Route information
Terrain: compacted gravel and grass
Route Type: Loop
This course takes participants around the beautiful surroundings of Caldicotte lake. With a simple and frelatively flat compacted gravel surface accompanying all runners and walkers throughout. There's plenty of time to take in all the wonderful sights on the course.

There's a large pub car park available for all participants to leave their cars at.
By Car
Follow the A5 towards Milton Keynes and turn off onto Caldecotte Lake and find the starting area next to Premier Inn.

Age Requirements
All participants must be aged at least 18 years old to compete in the event.
Cut-off Time
There is a hard cut-off time of 7 hours for the marathon distance and 3 hours 30 minutes for the half marathon. Anyone finishing after these times will be recorded as a DNF.
Aid Stations
There will be water stations located on the course, giving plenty of opportunities for runners to receive refreshments.
Race Packs
Runners will pick up race packs on race day morning, from the Race HQ, situated inside the Caldecotte Arms at Caldecotte, the Fayre & Square at Furzton and the Cafe at Willen.
Please pick up at least 15 minutes before the scheduled race start.
