The course starts and finishes at the iconic ArcelorMittal Orbit and winds its way through the famous park before looping around the London Olympic Stadium. Runners will feel like Olympians as they race past the iconic Olympic Rings.
The loop measures 2.5k, meaning 5k runners will run it twice and 10k runners will run it 4 times.
This route will be cleared way-marked with arrows and distance markers. There will also be course marshals stationed throughout the course to guide you in the right direction as well as cheer you on.

The closest stations to the park are Stratford or Stratford International. Alternatively, take the overground railway to Hackney Wick which is around a 10-minute walk to the park.
By Bus
Regular buses services run from Central London into Stratford City bus station.
By Car
There is paid parking available in Westfield Stratford City.

*Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the race to allow enough time to complete the registration process, attach your race number, drop your bag and warm up.
Age Requirements
- 5k: Entrants must be 11 years of age or older to participate
- 10k: Entrants must be 15 years of age or older to participate
Race Pack
Race Packs must be collected on the day of the event, before the start of your race, from registration. Please be aware that you will not receive anything in the post.
Water Stations
There will be a water station at the lapped point of the route, meaning 5k runners will pass it once, and 10k runners will pass it three times. There will also be a water station at the finish line.
Bag Drop
There will be a bag drop at Race HQ. To use the bag drop, tear the strip from the bottom of your race number and attach it to your bag. This makes every bag easily identifiable to yourself and the volunteers.
Toilets
There will be portable toilets available on-site.

There will be water provided at the 5km point of the race and some more at the finish line. There will also be bananas and flapjacks on the finish line too.
