Its a very quick and flat course! Well ran by the marshals and event organisers. It was very windy due to it being on an open course, but that couldnt be helped. Not many spectators but this was due to the weather on the day. Id attend the event again!

Really enjoyed this course . It was challenging battling against the elements . There was plenty of space to run your own race . Great support from the Marshalls .

A nice race with no crowd and I loved the flat route. However the course was confusing as the route intercepted itself many times so it was hard to keep track of how much I had left. Also I think the distance was longer (Garmin measured 21.3k and Strava 21.6k). Shame the weather was so horrible.

I chose to do this race because it was flat - offering the chance of a good time. It was also reasonably local with plenty of car parking. The organisation was fine, registration was simple and there was no wait. The course was advertised as pancake flat but there was a very slight uphill on one side of the course and downhill on the other side. It was all paved and good for a PB attempt. However (and this isn't the fault of the organisers) it was blowing a gale yesterday and because the course is so exposed, the runners were blown all over the place. There were only about 140 of us running the half marathon so after a few minutes we were all running alone which always feels harder. My only complaint was that, because this was a combined race (5k, 10k,HM) there were no specific mile or km markers for the HM course. I had a GPS watch so knew how far I had run but anyone without one would have had little idea where they were on the course..

It was a really well-organised race. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The support team were helpful throughout the race, despite the bad weather. Kempton Park is an excellent facility for such events. I would love to be there again next year.

A nice flat course with P.B potential . Good parking right next to start finish line. A good medal and a food van for the spectators.

Seemed a little haphazard at times, and I heard that some runners got confused as to where they were going and how many times! The weather didnt help much either. However, for the money I paid to enter, I thought it was a reasonable event.

This is a great low key event. Everything is organised well, easy to park and for once no big queues for the toilets at a run event. Only downside is the course is not really supported by spectators on large parts of the course due to the layout around the race track.
