King's Cup Gravel Festival routes

Course Details:

Tackle multiple surfaces including hard packed gravel, loose chipping gravel, grass, dirt and sand. The routes are 100% off road and take in a beautiful route around King’s Forest. The tracks allow for bunch racing and overtaking, which makes the whole race exciting from start to finish. The number of laps determines race length with each lap equalling 26km, each lap ends with a Pit Stop with both food and mechanical support available.

Time Trial:

Each rider completes a 18.1km lap, with riders being set off every 30 seconds from the start ramp.

What is the Team Relay:

One after another members from each team of 4 must complete one lap of the 18.1km course. After completing the lap, the rider then passes the ‘baton’ to the next rider in their team within the transition zone until all 4 laps have been completed.

Race classifications include Men, Women, Mixed (at least one rider of either gender), U19 Men and U19 Women.

*Both the Time Trial and Team Relay has a fully produced start area with ramp, sound and lighting, professional commentary and a countdown clock.
