Route information
Soak in the beautiful scenery of the South Downs National Park with this women-only guided run at Kithurst Hill in West Sussex. You'll get amazing views, with the chance to see Arundel Castle and glimpse the sea. This is always a popular route, so don't miss out on your chance to get out in nature with a friendly group of likeminded women.
This run will be social and encouraging, with opportunities to enjoy the view, chat, take photos and share tips. The run is non-competitive, with the aim of the event being to meet new people and enjoy the scenery. The run is open to everybody, but the pace may vary throughout the run.

Kithurst Hill is a 29-minute drive from Worthing via the A24.
There will be parking at the start of the run.

Age Restrictions
All runners must be aged 16 or older on the day of the event in order to take part.
This event is about having fun, not racing. The aim is to run together, so you will have breaks to regroup if needed.  To ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience, it's important to be mindful pace and your capability of running the distance, in reality the pace will change depending on the route terrain, distance and elevation. While we welcome participants of varied abilities, we recommend being comfortable maintaining a pace of approximately 10-11:30 minutes per mile (6:15-7 minutes per km) on flat roads continuously. While hiking uphill is perfectly acceptable, we do ask that participants are capable of running on the flats and downhill sections to help maintain group flow.  If you have any questions or concerns about your ability to join a run, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure that every participant has a positive and fulfilling experience.
