Route information
Come and join Saturn Running for their first-ever Labyrinth Run! The themed medal for this event will be based on the iconic movie starring David Bowie, which you'll receive after running a course along a stunning section of the River Thames.
Starting from Staines, you'll have full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5k, which is part of a lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles or 7k (this is subject to change to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions) and you can run as many, or as few, of these laps as you wish in the 7 hour time limit. Run 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or over for an ultra.

Aid Station
There will be an aid station at the start line. Therefore you can access the aid station every 4.37 miles.
On Site Facilities
There will be toilets at race HQ at the start/finish area. There are also changing facilities at the venue.
Bag Drop
There will be an area where you can leave your bags. This however won't be supervised at all times so items are left at their own risk.
Distance Pins
You'll receive a distance pin if you complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50k or ultra in the 7 hour time limit.
FAQs
Do I have to run for the entire 7 hours of the Labyrinth Run?
Not at all! All runners are encouraged to do as many laps as they can but the minimum distance is 5k.
Will there be toilets at the Labyrinth Run?
Yes. You can find the toilets close to the start/finish area by Race HQ.
