Swimmers start on the newly-formed beach and follow a clockwise route in the moat, passing under the Castle’s emblematic arches. Out of the water, cyclists follow the A20 first towards Maidstone and then to Charing, before reaching the Castle’s golf course. The run route offers fantastic views of the Castle, snaking its way through the Kentish countryside and Upper Parkland. The race finishes at the main event area, where there will be plenty of refreshments.
