Starting at Glooston Village Hall, runners will pass through a number of small villages and towns to include Cranoe, Hallaton, Belton-in-Rutland, Owston, Somerby, through Burrough Hill country park, Thorpe Satchville, Gaddesby, Frisby on the Wreake, Hoby, Thrussington, Rearsby, before finishing at Cossington Village Hall.
The Leicestershire round route is way-marked. The 56km course will also have Sole2Soul markers. Runners will pass through beautiful scenery, with plenty of picture perfect opportunities, and are encouraged to enjoy their surroundings along the way.
Please be aware that you will also be running over different terrain and some spots on the route could be quite uneven on the foot and quite boggy at times. It is a challenging course, and is recommended for more experienced ultra athletes.

As you go through the route there will be check points which will provide you with light refreshments. Checkpoints: There will be 4 check points on the route, each checkpoint will be equipped with water, coke, flapjacks, fruit, homemade cakes/biscuits and a selection of sweet and savoury items:

Checkpoint 2: Manor Lane - Somerby - mile 15 - LE14 2QD
Checkpoint 3: Highfield End - Ashby Folville - mile 21.5 - LE14 2TE
Checkpoint 4: Brooksby Road (football pitch) - Hoby - mile 27 LE14 3DT
