Meeting at Vandyke Upper School, Vandyke Rd, LU7 3DY, the route takes place mostly on country roads around the Leighton Buzzard area. With great countryside views throughout, the undulating course is pleasant but challenging and is chip timed. Runners are required to complete the course in 95mins – runners who go over this time will be asked to leave the course and will not receive an official time.
