  • Did the Marathon in 2019

Don't imagine running 9 times round a tarmac rectangle is boring. With Fab marshals, music stations, great commentary every time you pass "finish", encouragement when you pass or are passed by other runners it's a social day out on your feet.
  • Did the 5k Race in 2019

Well organised, beautiful location and great to get such a good quality medal. The goody bags for when you finished the race were really lovely but wondered if it would be possible to make them plastic free?
  • Did the Half Marathon in 2019

Not very well organised, poor atmosphere, boring course, not a huge "disco" element (which was supposed to be the selling point!). No mat to cross at the beginning, despite it being chip-timed. Started late. No direction at the end, I ran down the wrong funnel!!
  • Did the 5k Race in 2019

im 57 and havent been running long. Im slow and always at the back but you all make me feel welcome and have time to cheer me in. Forgot to mention I also push my grandson round in his jogging buggy and boy its getting harder as he grows and gets heavier but I still manage it as he loves it and its so nice for him to take part he loves getting a medal.
