ASICS FrontRunner Session

I've taken part in many 10ks and this one is probably my favourite of the bunch. Really well organised from start to finish. The atmosphere and support from the event team and general public was brilliant and the route just speaks for itself. When else can you run through the heart of London. Loved it. Thank you LLS and ASICS

Highly recommend these runs for beginners and intermediate runners whether they are planning a race or not. The atmosphere and the attitude of the Asics Frontrunner personnel really makes a difference!

I felt like the training session was a great experience! The trainers were vibrant, welcoming & very encouraging. I feel that their route, strategy of allowing people to lap back on themselves & consistent speed, gave ample opportunity for all involved, no matter the level, to engage in the training fully. I would point out is that the store may have needed a dedicated person to do the running analysis' because they had to juggle between helping customers and those there for the training. 

It was great. I felt a little lost before we started (as in where to go in the shop and how it was all going to happen) but as soon as we started it was brilliant! Ray was so upbeat and encouraging and Sonny paced really well and stopped regularly in case needed. I loved it. When is the next one? 😁

I only started running in Jan this year. I’m 43 and I am not a sporty person. I signed up to the training plan to help motivate me and challenge me before the 10k - it did that! The front runners were great. A good team spirit and I just kept going. Finished happy. Came home proud and looking forward to the next one. Thank you! 

Great experience with awesome instructors - only critique would be that there was a lot of stopping!
