This epic event, the Linkenholt Backyard Ultra, goes on as long as you do! Think you've got what it takes to beat out all the other competitors in the event?
Runners will run a 4.16 mile loop on the hour, every hour, until theres just one runner left standing. Anyone who starts late or does not finish the loop within the hour will no longer be in the running, and to be crowned the winner, the final runner must complete one solo lap.
Planning is essential at this event as the quicker you complete the loop, the more time you have to recover, but the faster you run, the quicker you burn out.So if you're up to the challenge, this event will definitely be one to remember.
Race winners will receive a bespoke medal, trophy, and a £250 donation towards travel costs should you be invited to the Big Backyard in Tennessee.
Milestone medals will be handed out for 50 mile, 100 mile, 150 mile runners, so see how many you can collect.
