Liverpool Spring 10K & 5K routes

Our new 10K route is unbelievably flat! We start in front of the magnificent Metropolitam Cathedral on Hope St and finish on Princes Ave.

The 5K route takes place within Sefton Park. The event starts and finishes at the same place close to the 'Needle' and there are several places around the course for your supporters to watch you whizz (hopefully) past.

What’s Included
This year's medal is of the Anglican Cathedral which we pass at about the 1K point. As you can see it's very gold and very shiny.

What a fantastic atmosphere at this event! This was the flattest 10k route Ive ran so far and I really enjoyed running past some of Liverpools landmarks and enjoying the greenery through Sefton Park. Bag drop did take a while so Id advise getting that done as soon as you arrive so you dont have to deal with the queues. Also the final mile would have benefitted from a marker towards the finish so you could go for a final sprint. Definitely be booking on this next year. Perfect Pb course and lovely support from the public all the way round!
