The organisers are so professional and just incredibly friendly and inclusive. They are the main reason I chose this event over many other possibilities.

My first Camino Ultra and I'll definitely be back for more later in the year. I loved the chilled atmosphere of the race from friendly runners to brilliant organisation and cheerful volunteers. If looking for your first ultra I'd highly recommend giving a Camino race a try

I'd highly recommend Camino Ultra Lea Valley 50km to anyone!! This is my second year at the event despite thinking I could NEVER complete an ultramarathon! A few reasons why it's so brilliant...- friendly, wonderful, inclusive organisers and crowd - there is a really lovely, supportive community feel at Camino events which is great to be part of. Everyone is celebrated, not just the speedy runners! The organisers really value inclusivity and sustainability.- the route is stunning and extremely flat - the first 12km along the Cole Green Way especially is beautiful- great value for money- great aid stations, lots of choice of fuel & very helpful volunteers- great photographs taken by Gigi!- very easy to get to from London, we stayed nearby the night before but could easily travel there on the morning of the race- perfect for ultra beginners due to all of the aboveThank you Camino for another amazing race, I'll be back next year :)

Well organized and at each x3 marker positions (chip timed) their was an arrangement of food (even vegan friendly) and drink (plain water, electrolyte drink and coke)! A very good briefing at the beginning and you were allowed to download the course on your phone (or watch) in advanced. What was really exceptional is that the organizations whole ran it waiting for ALL participants to finish the course and they had refreshments waiting for them! I cannot fault this event.

I am new to ultramarathons, so was nervous at the start, but even at 8.30am I was greeted with a warm, motivating greeting. I am so happy with the organisation and the people who have made this race possible. I will definitely be doing the Epping forest run and the ultras next year, thank you! You have changed my outlook on running and I feel so accomplished. The course is beautiful and such a nice run for a first time ultra runner. Thank you again!!
