Route information
The course is a three lap route covering the tarmac paths within the boundaries of Regent's Park. The route is generally flat with only one gentle incline and covers the tarmac paths surrounding the park.
You will pass around various sections of the park past the boating lake and down the famous Regent's Park Broad Walk. You will also pass the Money Fountain and alongside London Zoo.

The park is easily accessible by foot. You can enter the park through several gates and the Hub is located in the centre of the park close to the Winter Gardens. The closest entrances are Primrose Hill Bridge near London Zoo’s main entrance, Macclesfield Bridge or Charlotte Bridge, both off Prince Albert Road or Hanover Gate off Park Road.
Once in the park, follow the signs to the Hub and you will be able to easily find the Race HQ.
Parking
For those who wish to drive to the event, please note there is very limited parking on the Outer Circle. Parking is pay and display which opens at 9am on Sunday morning.
By Tube
The park is easily accessible via tube with several stations surrounding the park. The closest station to the start race HQ is Baker Street.
The tube stations close to the park and their relevant lines are:
- Baker Street – Hammersmith & City, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Bakerloo lines
- Regent's Park – Bakerloo line
- Great Portland Street – Hammersmith & City, Circle, Metropolitan lines
- St John’s Wood – Jubilee line
- Camden Town – Northern line

Please ensure that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the race in order to drop your bag and complete the registration process.
Race Packs
Race numbers for the event will be available to collect on the day from the registration desk located at Race HQ. No ID is required but please arrive in plenty of time so that the race can start promptly.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be 15 and older to enter the 10k, runners can be any age to enter the Fun Run, and under 15 to enter the Children's Race.
FAQs
How do I attach my timing chip for the London Summer 10k?
Your timing chip is incorporated into your race number and should not be removed. Please place the race number on the front of your vest/shirt and not on your leg or back.
Where can I find my results from the London Summer 10k?
Results will be posted as soon as possible after the event on Nice Work's website. An email with their time will be sent to all runners who've provided a valid and legible email address.
How old do I have to be to enter the London Summer 10k?
All entrants must be 15 and older to enter the 10k, runners can be any age to enter the Fun Run, and under 15 to enter the Children's Race.
Will there be changing facilities at the London Summer 10k?
