Like the lady seriously rationed the water. Why? And why no water stations? Don’t understand this. We paid £40 for what? A little table with beautiful medals and another little table with 3 x 5lt waters. The actual people who marshalled and actually handed out the water and looked after my backpack were awesome though.

Found it off-putting having km markers for much later in the race on the first lap, a little disheartening but I understand why!
