Course Details

The 10K course is a three lap route covering the tarmac paths within the boundaries of Regent's Park. The course has been officially measured and carries a certificate of course accuracy (certificate number: 11/174). The route will be clearly marked using large route arrows and directional cones, as well as being marshalled throughout. We would ask you to remember that we do not have exclusive use of the park and you should be aware that other park users will be on the course.

The route is a flat course with only one gentle incline to contend with and covers the tarmac paths surrounding the park. You will pass around various sections of the park past the boating lake and down the famous Regent's Park Broad Walk. You will also pass the Money Fountain and alongside London Zoo.

Raceday Logistics

Let's Do This always recommend that you arrive at least 45 mins before your start time so that you have enough time to both register and prep for the race start.

Start Time - 10:30am

Baggage drop off

First Aid:

St John Ambulance will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.

Your individual time and position will be recorded by your electronic chip. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre. Results will be uploaded to as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.

If you would like to volunteer to help at any of our events, there are a variety of roles available from marshalling to helping with event set-up. We offer our volunteers a free entry to a future race and, in some cases, expenses are available. If interested, please contact: [email protected]

Only criticism is the continued use of plastic cups at the event. Other 10ks have started using paper cups. It would encourage me and my friends to run these races if this was addressed. Other than that, a great atmosphere and a great fun race. Thank you!

Love a race with a good medal and starts on time! People usually struggle to get the basics right but they did well here, will go to more of their events

I liked this event very much , it was very good fun and I enjoyed myself. The course was flat and easy

Very friendly atmosphere. Nice, flat course with stewards at key points and was well signed. Only downside for me was that the course got a little bit crowded with members of the public later in the run. Oh and they have lovely colourful finisher medals. t-shirts with logo £5

Bit of a queue at sign up for only a couple hundred people there but enjoyed it all as a whole, would happily come back again as it’s reasnably priced for what it is
