Route information
The guided runs are split into three pace groups.
1. Falcons (7-8 min miles or 4:30-5 min km on road)
2. Foxes (8-9 min miles or 6-8 min km on road)
3. Hares (9-11 min miles or 6-8km on road)
The guided runs are not races but social runs to discover the stunning local welsh scenery
What's included
- 3.5 days and nights of curated live music and DJ sets
- 4-nights of camping (Thursday to Monday)
- All talks and film screenings
- Most running and adventure workshops
- All daily yoga classes
- All fitness classes (subject to availability)
- All "just show up" runs (Subject to availability)
- 1 X Guided Trail Run of your choice. (Subject to availability, booking opens summer 2022.)
- 1 X Marked Course Trail Run of your choice, either 5km, 10km, 21km or 42km (Note that the distances are approx. and will be confirmed spring 2022)

There is car parking available but you will need to have purchased a car park ticket. These are for sale at the festival gate for £18.50 per car
By Rail
The closest station is Swansea. From there, it is a 27-minute drive to the festival site. It will cost around £20 for a taxi.

Are there showers available at the Love Trails Festival?
Showers are available for all shower pass holders. Shower passes can be purchased for £15.
Is the Love Trails Festival suitable for beginners?
Yes, there are plenty of shorter runs (5km or less) across the weekend. There will also be 'How to Trail Run' workshops everyday.
Can I bring my dog to the Love Trails Festival?
Dogs are welcome but there are some rules. Dogs must be on leads at all times and be well behaved. The security team have the right to ask misbehaving dogs to leave the premises.
