How to get there
Event day logistics
Start/Finish
Between 1st January and 31st December, you get to choose the date, time and route you want to run, walk or cycle. As soon as you have registered you are ready to race for love and the British Heart Foundation.
You must finish before 31st December.

Have a heart-shaped route on your Strava map or spell out the word love

Run the route using the 1st letters on a road signs to spell out "Love You"

Give your medal to your special someone
