Kit List

For safety reasons, it is suggested that you run without music so you can stay alert and aware of your surroundings and other runners. This way you can also soak up the energy and atmosphere and unplug!

For racing we recommend you wear your normal running kit and trainers and don't forget to keep an eye on the weather in case you require any waterproofs.

With a town centre start/finish, free car parking and a two-lap course, this is a perfect spectator race. If spectators plan to wait at the start/finish, there is plenty to do and see in Maidenhead town centre, where you can get some lunch, do some shopping or just relax in one of the parks.

Did the Half Marathon in 2016

This is a fast course with PB potential. It is well organised, with a handy bag drop and somewhere to hang out inside pre-race. The course itself is two loops but gives a decent balance of town and countryside. It's well supported in the town.
  • Did the Half Marathon in 2013

Race was great - managed to hit the 7:40 pace I wanted even though it rained and RAINED from 8am till the end... Loved the event and would do it again (will check weather next time!)
