Sprint Duathlon
3k run - 27k bike - 3.5k run
3k run - 27k bike - 3.5k run
The first 3k run is a mix of flat and downhill terrain. The bike portion of the race will mainly take place along the A20, part of the popular Q25/20 TT course, with no serious climbs. The final run has a fast 1.5k descent to the finish.
Standard Duathlon
9.5k run - 42k bike - 3.5k run
9.5k run - 42k bike - 3.5k run
The first 9.5k run is a variety of flat and downhill elevation, with a gradual rise towards the end. The bike route is mainly along the A20 between Leeds Castle and the Ashford roundabout (popular 25/20 TT course) on good roads with no serious climbs. The final 3.5k run has a fast descent to the finish.
Both courses will be fully signed with distanced markers and arrows. There will also be marshals stationed around the course to guide you on your way as well as cheer you on towards the finish.

*Please arrive early, allowing plenty of time to park, register, attach your race number, place your bike in the secure transition and warm up.
Age Restrictions
All entrants must be aged 14 and over in order to participate in this event.
Relay Team Entry
Relay teams can be made up of 2 or 3 people. To enter, one person person will submit entry and make payment on behalf of the team. This team member will give the 'team name' and choose the gender of the team.
Relay Format
In teams of three, each team member will complete one leg of the race. In teams of two, one team member will complete one leg, and the other with complete two. Changeover will occur in 'transition', at your bike position, where the race number must be transferred between athletes before continuing.
