I really like the course, but I wasn’t particularly happy about the steep paths: they were a way too narrow and I didn’t feel particularly safe running through them. A slightly different course would be a way better.

Simply fabulous. As described by the event organisers Racing Line Running, it was a beautiful scenic 10k.

Well organised race. The hill was tough (I walked up most of it) but then there’s a good long downhill as well to make up some of the time. I didn’t enjoy opening and negotiating the many gates in the last few km but that’s all part of the race. Plenty of marshals in town, could do with one or two more in the woods area.

Very quiet event, friendly volunteers, could have benefited from and extra marshall or two, particularly where the 10k and 10mile race split and around the bridge.

Beautiful course as promised, firm dry trails. The uphills are challenging but short, the downhills are where you to focus to avoid a fall. Really well organised; I couldn't fault the organisation at all. Well-managed, had only what we needed, no superfluous crap, environmentally conscious. Marshalls were all superb, friendly and supportive. Was a great confidence booster ahead of Chicago marathon in 3 weeks and I'd do it again

The views were amazing. The course had some quite steep inclines and a new narrow paths and stairs that were a bit difficult to keep up pace on. The last 3 ish miles were a nice flat jog along by the Thames. Would definitely do again!

I enjoyed it, other than the big hill it was a gentle first 10k

Very trail-y course with some steep hills and lots of undulating woodland. A challenge! But beautiful views and well organised. Will be back next year
