About
Please join us for our series of 5k and 10K runs that will take place in 2019 all over the Midlands. We are organising these events to raise money for male types of cancers including prostate and testicular cancer.Men and women, all ages welcome. A small 1k run will be set up for children under the age of 8.

Route information
The 1K route will follow the loop around the registration tent.
The 5K route will be 1 x Lap of 1st Lap and 1 X Lap of second lap.
The 10K route will be 2 x Lap of 1st Lap and 2 x Lap of second lap, in this order;

There will be a water station with cups at the designated point on the map and you will also receive a bottle of water upon completion of your run.

Medals
Unfortunately, our order of medals has not arrived in time for this event (due to interruptions from the Chinese new year holiday) We have therefore decided to give every participant a FREE t shirt on the day. We will also have a list should you still want to receive a medal, enter your name and address before you leave the event, you will get a medal in the post.

We will have two professional first aiders on site, one will be located at the registration tent and the other will be located at the extremity of the 2nd lap, furthest away from the tent.

We aim to start the 1K children's run at 10.30am and the adult run at 10.40am, therefore, we request you arrive at the registration tent in good time ideally 30 minutes early.

Registration Process
Upon arrival at the venue please make your way to the registration point located in the circular area marked on the route map, adjacent to the park visor centre.

At registration you will:
1. Be checked off the registration list
2. Confirm if you are entering into the 1K, 5K or 10K run
3. Receive your race number
4. Receive your RFID timing tag (this is an adhesive sticker, please stick it to your race number)
5. Receive your Free T Shirt
