Join Running Adventures in this social long run in Surrey. Designed to tie in perfectly with Spring Marathon training, this 20 Mile long run will mix up your training.
Following Surrey trails, this off-road trail run will tackle a few hills as you complete your loop to and from Guildford.
This is absolutely not a race. Runners who are faster might need to slow down to stay with the group, but no one will be left behind and everyone will be supported. You should be able to run approximately 11 min/miles (6:50 min/k) and have a good level of fitness.
The route will be guided by the event organiser, Matt Buck, a Salomon sponsored trail runner and running coach, who will take care of everything, leaving all you have to do is concentrate on running, socialising, and enjoying yourself.
