The nearest motorway junctions are J8/9 of the M4 and J4 of the M40.
Parking
Limited parking will available on the football pitch behind the cricket ground/sports centre for a fee of £5 per car. Address: Higginson Park, Lower Pound Lane, Marlow, SL7 2AE
Alternative parking is available in the public car park, next to Higginson Park Leisure Centre.

Facilities
- There will be plenty of toilets available at the start & finish.
- Water will be available on the run route only; participants must carry with them anything necessary to refuel and hydrate during the remainder of the event.
- Various catering options serving hot and cold food and beverages.
Restrictions
- Wetsuits are compulsory, and must be fit for purpose, unless the water temperature is above 21.5 degrees.
- Middle Distance: Participants must be 18 years or older as of the day of the event.
- Olympic Distance: Participants must be 17 years or older as of the day of the event.
- Sprint Distance: Participants must be 16 years or older as of the day of the event.
- Headphones are prohibited for this event in order for you to hear instructions from event officials.
- The event is not suitable for buggies, pushchairs etc. due to the uneven terrain.
Prizes
There will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female finishers in the event.
