Organizer's website

This is a fairly flat scenic course taking in the views of Marlow and the surrounding areas.

The event is set to attract over 700 participants, as the world of endurance sports and triathlon creates massive demand for longer distance events along with the shorter distances that have originally formed this great sport.

  • Did the Sprint Duathlon in 2019

I down loaded a green tick from the web which said the start time was 8.30am. another reference to the start time was 7.00.am. the race started at 8.00am. confusion or what.!!. The iron man race started 3mins early and two competitors mist the start by 3mins. It was a bit chaotic with so many different events going on at the same time. Apart from that iit was a ok sort of day .

Hi, I was wondering if this race was suitable for a complete novice, looking to do the sprint Duathlon ... Thanks, Hannah

Hey there, obviously I would recommend doing some decent training beforehand, but I would recommend entering the sprint duathlon. It's half the distance and should act as a good introduction into the sport for you. All the best!
