Route information

7-mile

This 7-mile route will start at All Saints Church Hall and end at Marlow Sports Club, passing through the town of Marlow, and through Pullingshill Wood and Davenport Wood. You can see to gain an elevation of up to 607ft.

Half Marathon

Just like the 7-mile route, this half marathon course will start at All Saints Church Hall and end at Marlow Sports Club, looping west of Marlow, just north of Hambleden. You can see to gain an elevation of up to 1102ft.

Do not park at Race HQ or along Pound Lane. Allow plenty of time to park at one of the following car parks and walk to the Race HQ:

Court Garden, Pound Lane SL7 2AE (will be full by 8:30am)
West Street SL7 2LS
Institute Road SL7 1BJ
Marlow Central SL7 2NJ
Liston Road SL7 1BY 6 Dean Street SL7 3AA

Marlow station is the closest train station to the event village, situated 0.8 miles away, which should take roughly 15 minutes to walk.

This is a brilliantly run, challenging half marathon. It's a lovely alternative to the hundreds of 'come here and get a pb' sort of courses that are so common. A real course for people that really enjoy running

Loved the motivational mile marker yellow boards along the way! Very funny and made me chuckle and keep running.

Really well organised as always. Marshall’s were great. Helpful, happy and very supportive. Just a really lovely atmosphere. Organised but relaxed. Hills never get easier but feel really good at finish line knowing they are all done and dusted!! Thank you!!

Marshals around the course were excellent! It is a very very tough course. Very hilly and very challenging psychogically.

Great course. Very hilly but good if you want to do some inclines. Well organised and the marshalls did an amazing job. First race there, but definitely won't be my last.
