Route information
This brilliant 24 hour event takes place in the beautiful surroundings of the Millennium Country Park. Runners will complete laps of a 4 mile course on hard packed cycle and foot paths, returning to the event HQ at the start/finish point each lap.
Given the 4 mile laps, runners will never be far away from the event HQ where they can access food and water and will receive plenty of encouragement from the 3-2-1-Go-Running team.
The goal of the event is to run as far as you can within the time limit, however the event is open to runners of all abilities whether you're trying to run 100 miles or just seeing how far you can go. Competitors can run, jog or walk their way round the course in this pressure free event.
Runners do not have to run for the whole 24 hours. The event is designed for a large range of runners and they can take as much rest as they wish throughout the event.
