Did the race in 2019

This event is extremely well organised. It is in a lovely rural part of the country so for the scenery alone it is with taking part. There isn't a huge population in the area but it seemed like everyone turned out to support the runners. For each isolated house on the route, you could bet there was a family cheering you on. Volunteers handing out jelly babies at 8k a really nice touch.This 10k has a reputation for being good to try for your PB. It was my first so Yes, a PB for me!I will do it again next year and strongly recommend it. Thank you and well done to everyone involved.David

Did the race in 2019

Alot of people told me to expect a flat course and, although I'm sure there are hillier ones, there are two or three upwards slopes that might catch you out.A really great day though, can't be faulted!
